Senior Associate, Demand Generation

Overview

LLR Partners is recruiting a Senior Associate, Demand Generation to join its Value Creation Team (VCT) and work as part of the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. In this role you will develop and execute marketing programs, identify process improvement opportunities, and create campaign management best practices. LLR’s VCT works collaboratively with LLR’s investment teams as well as the management teams of our portfolio companies to help accelerate growth by supporting projects in Finance, HR, Go-to-Market, and Product/Technology. This is accomplished by providing experience-based advice and best practice sharing.

  1. Senior Associate, Demand Generation will create and execute campaign best practices across inbound and account-based strategies and will report to the Director, Demand Generation. This experienced and dynamic individual will work closely with LLR’s portfolio companies (demand generation leaders and campaign specialists across various industries) and internal stakeholders at LLR.

This role will also interact and work closely with LLR’s investment and sourcing teams analyzing data after due diligence efforts with the goal of increasing marketing contributions to pipeline. This hands on and “roll up your sleeves” individual is expected to travel as needed (average 30%) to ensure that ongoing marketing programs are launched and executed within LLR’s portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Deep experience in digital marketing and an expert tactician: Deep executional experience in SEM, SEO, Paid Social, PPC, Display, Software Directories and customer growth campaigns tied to quality pipeline
  • Deliver incremental MQLs, pipeline and revenue through digital marketing tactics: Benchmark current state and mutually agree on future state metrics with an emphasis on marketing contributions in collaboration with internal and external team members.
  • Execute SEO tactics across multiple companies to increase marketing contributions: Develop and implement a process to track and improve SEO performance and web visibility, resulting in increased marketing contributions and bookings.
  • Inform and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of recommendations: Champion the progress and outcomes of marketing initiatives, specifically what is working well and what optimizations are on the horizon to improve marketing results.
  • Act as an extension of our portfolio companies marketing organization: Execute and partner on-site with marketing teams to deliver marketing campaigns and results.
  • Leverage AI marketing tools to optimize and scale campaigns: Increase performance through AI automation. Educate portfolio companies on best practices, AI implementation, and uses.
  • Implement and monitor lead management best practices: analysis of existing lead management efficiencies and deficiencies, lead lifecycle development, lead follow-up best practices, and evaluation of lead management SLAs between marketing and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement lead and opportunity goal/target modeling: create a data-driven model of individual marketing channels and tactics to evaluate ROI and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Develop and implement email marketing and lead nurturing: experience creating email nurture programs, customer expansion email programs, customer lifecycle email communications, and SLA agreements between sales and marketing communications.

Skills and Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in marketing or business management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and demand generation
  • Energetic, approachable, collaborative, and motivated by portfolio impact
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Deep marketing campaign planning expertise including KPI and dashboard development
  • Proven track record of success in executing profitable, repeatable and predictable marketing campaigns at scale
  • Thorough SFDC knowledge and marketing automation platform experience
  • Ability to execute with minimal resources across multiple companies and teams
  • Digital marketing experience in AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. required
  • B2B SaaS experience required
